What about 14 day return and refund?

Should you not be satisfied with your Valedo, you can return it and request a refund. We would ask you to initiate your return and refund via our website.

If you bought as a 'guest' (without registering), please request your return and refund using the entry fields in our RMA form.

If you registered during your purchase, please log in into your account & request your return from there. If you cannot find your Invoice No., please e-mail us at support@valedotherapy.com or call us on 00800 4488 4422.
