Where do I place my Tablet or Smartphone while exercising?

This depends both on your personal preference and your training position.

You can either hold your Tablet or Smartphone in your hands or place it on a stable surface (table etc.) for example by using your specific iPad stand (which is usually also an iPad cover).

To avoid neck strain, we recommend holding your Tablet or Smartphone, placing on a surface or in a holder at eye-height.
