How to order?

We automatically pre-select your country of residence in order to ship your Valedo with the minimum of tax & customs formalities. If you wish to change the delivery address however, you can at any time do so if you click on the little flag on top of the page.

For ease of use, you can place your order as a guest, without creating an account with a password. If you create an account, however, you will be able to quickly access the status of your order or easily create an exchange/returns request.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your order and once your payment has been approved, you will receive an additional invoice via e-mail.

Vouchers can be redeemed in the check-out process. If you have a voucher code, simply enter it in the ordering process – the discounted price will be automatically shown and credited.
