Since Florian has Valedo and we specifically bought an iPad for that, there is no more trouble why and for how long he has to exercise
For three months now, Florian has laboriously exercised with a physiotherapy ribbon and a stability ball, but since he has Valedo and we specifically bought an iPad for that, there is no more trouble why and for how long he has to exercise.
It‘s certainly great and very attractive for youngsters – apart from the sheer fun factor of the previously non-present iPad in our household, the exercises are performed more efficiently since they are more accurate. The training is also done properly independent of holidays, school exams or the physiotherapist’s agenda.
There is no more trouble why and for how long he has to exercise.
In this context, one must be aware that a considerable part of our fitness instructors, even specially trained physiotherapists, have poor knowledge with regards to structural damage to back – resulting in relatively poor decisions as to what exercises need to be carried out HOW and there are very few really well-qualified specialists for back problems...and the best in the business (and we've got a relatively wide range of experience) are in the best case partially paid by health insurances and only through add-on or private insurances.
