Valedo is an inspiring and effective home program

I’ve been an outpatient therapist for over 20 years and I’m always looking for new ways to improve my care with my spine patients. Teaching patients how to properly move their spine effectively and safely is one of my biggest challenges and is extremely important in their outcome. Another major issue I encounter is developing an effective home program in which the patient will be inspired to continue with upon discharge from my care.

I can see the Valedo being an invaluable tool for the rehabilitation and post care for the majority of my spine patients.

When I started using the home version of the Valedo I immediately realized that I could fulfill both of those needs. It really forces the patient to properly use their spine while developing much needed range of motion and strength all while creating a fun environment. I really like that you can customize the levels of difficulty and that it follows a systematic progression allowing for advancement with a minimum of user frustration.

I can see the Valedo being an invaluable tool for the rehabilitation and post care for the majority of my spine patients.
